I want to print 13" x 39" panaramas. Can the Canon i9900 make prints longer than 19" if roll paper is precut ?

I doubt it can. When the S9000 came out, it's max length was about 24-inches. That was not increased in the i9100. The only desktop printer that can print 13x39-inch prints is the Epson 2200.

See my thread on this topic above.

Basically, the i9900 tops out at just under 24" in paper length. So...13X24 is basically the maximum.
