I no longer have the printer, sent it back to newegg.com. The printer was a problem from the get-go. The banding only got this bad after several prints. I had small pools of green and/or black ink as well as a shift toward yellow.

Sorry about your experience. I hope Canon and/or Newegg will make good on it. However, it is not representative of this printer or Canon's Warranty and Customer Service, at least not from what I have experienced. Keep us posted.

Finally, I received a credit from newegg.com. It was short 15% (a restocking fee of $61) but I don't have to go through Small Claims Court which would had cost $80+.
