Hello, I'm a designer and an illustrator . I just bought an HP 8750, but am having problems with profiles for printing in InDesign. The colors look washed out and pale. Can anyone suggest settings to get a good looking proof to show clients. All doc. are set for us web printing in cmyk, they will include both photos and vector drawings from time to time. Color accuracy is important for client viewing and color matching with final product. thanks

I'm not familiar with your particular printer, but consumer level printers do not do well with CYMK input. They are designed for RGB and probably do best with Adobe RGB.

I know that doesn't let you show your clients the exact same file you would send to a commercial printer. But you can probably get it close enough.
