I had to replace the printhead in my Canon S9000. Hasn't had all that much use and after printing 15 or so 4x6's I got some banding. Nozzle clean and deep clean failed to solve the issue as the nozzle check showed areas that weren't printing.

I oredered a new Canon OEM printhead from partsnow.com and installed it in 30 secs. S9000 now prints like a champ. I couldn't believe how easy it was to replace the printhead and recalibrate. New head cost 90 bucks and it prints like a new printer. I didn't even lose any ink!
