I like pelicans.. what can I say. Probably the most graceful in flight. Anyway you have to excuse exposure and quality. These were shot this morning at Bolsa Chica and the fog was horrible so it took alot of processing to get them acceptable.

Thanks...

This was my first time at this location. I was hoping today would be better but looking out this morning I can see the fog rolling in from the beach. Does not look quite ats bad but that can change quickly. Maybe it will burn off fast this time so I can use some morning light instead straight up noon sun.

Thanks...

Using Canon 1D MKII and 300 f2.8 L IS with 1.4x II TC, which results in a 420mm f4. Going to try out the 2x next, which will be 600mm f5.6.
