These captures are great. I love the one where she is on the wing. Beautiful stuff.

I guess that you stayed in your car? They make great viewing hides.

Thanks Mate,
I did stay in the car for awhile then I discovered that if I quietly slipped out on the opposite side I could rest the lens on the roof of the truck and click away. It wasn't until a second vehicle drove up behind me that this beauty took off.

Thanks VP. It's one of my favorites as well. I was so lucky to catch two different Peregrine's on two different days in a row. The other peregrine was a young female that was just sitting on a fallen willow stump about 50 feet from where I was.

Hey Steve, these are great. Looks like you and that new camera and lens are old friends. Beautiful work. That Tamron lens is quite the piece of glass. I've seen lots of samples of this lens, and am really taken with the quality it produces. Wish they had it in a Pentax mount....cheers.......Don
