We seldom have snow in Victoria, B.C., but a few days ago there was a heavy dump of it - now thawing & expected to vanish in a few days.

Even in Oak Bay we have visitors - and this one was lying here while we were having breakfast. Soon after that he got up and was helping himself to the heap of Clematis and Rose prunings that were sitting in a nearby wheelbarrow.

Looks like he made himself right to home and aready cut meal just waiting. #1 is a nice shot of the buck.

Thanks, VP. I forgot to mention - the camera was an Olympus C2100UZ at nearly full 10x zoom.
