Default Another beautiful flower

Here's one with hardly any post processing. I think it's one of my favourite photo's so far. I set it up by placing the flower on top of a black cd wallet, made sure there was plenty of light from the window and shot with a dark background. Who say you need an expensive studio!? Right?

Absolutely stunning. The only thing I could wish for is a little more DOF to bring in the petal in the front and the stem in the back.

Very nice!

It seems suspended in air (or falling ever so slowly
to a soft landing.

Framing is a nice refinement also
