I think that top photo is awesome with the snow and the small amount of catchlight in the eye!

Bob, I can't say how much I love those top two shots. Wow! :shock: They are fantastic. I think you have your Christmas card for next year.

These are awesome. Can you tell us what lens you use and how far you were from the bluebirds? I can't seem to get that crispness you get! What camera do you use, and do you shoot in the raw and process? Thanks! Aiming to improve my own hobby!!

Thank you, all. Steve, I did use fill flash on these. Imaginat, I'm going to guess I was about 30 feet from this guy. I use Canon's Rebel XTi with the Tamron 200-500 on a tripod and I do shoot in RAW and do post processing (noise removal, cropping, contrast, levels, sharpening). These shots were shot at iso 800.
