Some Birds (A pretty black one included)

I was not feeling to good the other day so I only went down by the river rather than go out into the woods.

Black Bird with cool colored wings

I almost missed these they were almost past when I heard them.

Magpie ( I think ) having lunch

Magpie after lunch (needs a napkin)

I think I saw my friend from last year WOODY the woodpecker while I was there so I will be going on a Woody Hunt

I like the portrait of the red winged black bird. If Karsh of Ottawa, one of the finest portrait photographers there ever was, took pix of animals, this is what they would look like, IMHO.

You've got a great eye:? for pictures and I think your equipment selection, the Pentax K10D and as you call it the Bigma lens, are top flight.
