:shock: That's pretty close to a Grizzly! Nice shot, think I woulda needed some image stabilization to say the least!!

I think for me to go hiking in Grizzly country, requirement number 1 is to bring along someone I can outrun!

Nice shot on the Grizzly!Lokks to be a pretty close encounter for one in the wild. The crop makes me want to seefarther to the rightof the bear.

Thanks. It was a close encounter. That's the full image, just resized. I'm just glad I had a 300mm lens. I would have framed the shot better, but I had to worry about the bear at that point.

Thx! It really was one of those rare moments where you get incredibly lucky. I always wanted to get a shot of a grizz up close (but not too close).
