Well it's like pea soup outside and my basement is drying out and now I'm a bit bored so, I guess I'll post some pics from last Saturday. Unfortunately other than no rain, it was mostly heavily overcast. All are taken with 20D & 500mm 1.4x TC and most with tripod.

1. Mother goose on her nest. Well, actually it's the muskrat's nest.

2. A mallard drake in flight. I think he had a promise as he went by like a bullet.

5. This northern shoveler surprised me while talking to someone about my gear. This and the next, and last were turn and shoot shots.

6. The last of the series. Same shoveler starting to pick up speed. It is extremely blurred by camera motion but, I edited the 2 blurry eyes it had and made one eye. For some reason as blurry as it is, I really like this one.
