High Note Time/Red-Winged Blackbird

I decided to spend the afternoon at a little mountain lake in Colorado called Echo Canyon. Last year I went up there one time and noticed a lot of blackbirds and I need some new blackbirds for my web site.

K10D / Bigma / Hand held with my BushHawk

Waiting for the music to start

Hitting the high note

Singing his song

Waiting for the call for a encore

Thanks VP for the nice comment and for taking the time to look. I was pretty luck I also got a few Yellow-Headed Blackbirds and I am working on those photos now.

Excelent! Liked #4. Very neat and clean. It's very hard to get a black bird against a bright background.

Hey Roger, the more I see your stuff the more I'm jealous of your stomping grounds. You are blessed with a wondrous location, my man. Keep 'em coming. Cheers, Dan
