Sometimes when I see one of my photos funny things show up in my mind. This is a good example.

Bluebird Security Company Inc.

This must be a new company in our area cuz I hadn't seen or heard of them before.

Our guards are trained to be alert at all times.

Before they call in a security breach you will get that "No Closer Buddy Look"

Well, it is in the West, but the familiar Bluebirds (Eastern and Western Bluebirds) have reddish breasts. This one is a Mountain Bluebird (a Western specialty), not as often photographed. Nice to see these pictures.

Such a sign is not always a guarantee of safety. Note the bullet hole in the sign - the night beforesome Orange County Sheriff deputieshad a shoot out with drug dealers in the Bolsa Chica refuge parking lot. This Ring-billed Gullwas living dangerously.

Also note the spelling - the safety of wildlife in being "insured" rather than "ensured." Your tax dollars at work.

Yes it is. We have quite a few of them around our valley in the summer time.

Sorry, Roger, look again.:-?

It is a bluebird, and it is western, but it is not a Western Bluebird -- it is a Mountain Bluebird (see above). :P

Off the top of my head I didn't realize you had them there.:O

Evidently you didn't either!

Wonderful birds.:G

Great pictures.

Thanks for posting them.:-D
