i think, it was a very dark cloudy day when i went to the wetlands and got this, not great but interesting the way they treat their spouse!

Unneccesary roughness! 5 minute penalty!

Heheh. Nice shots. I like the 2nd shot the best. The first shot seems like the grebes are out of focus and the camera locked onto the background foliage. Sometimes whenits a gray day and there is not alot of contrast, thecamera may hunt. Try using the center focus point only and then you can point the camera exactly to the spot you want to focus on.

thanks for the tip, i will try harder, i thought the shot might raise a smile, as you say 5 mins on the sin-bin!
