Horca, Colorado Big Horn Sheep Part #1

Ron got me all excited about finding some Big Horn Sheep. I got lucky and found 3 rams. Looks like a really good year for grass, they sure do look healthy. The background photos are where I found them and the inserts are after I got a little closer.

They are down off the cliffs in the meadows enjoying the tall grass

Love your pictures. You truly live in the land of plenty, especially when it comes to scenary, variety of animals.

I like the inset style of putting an enlarged pix of an animal(s) inset in a scenic background.

Awesome shots Wacky Roger. I too enjoy the inserted photos. Really gives a sense of the zoom power of your gear. Keep up the strong work.

I am very lucky to be able to live here. I agree about it is very pretty and there is a lot of wildlife. My idea was to show folks were I found the animal and then a close up of the animal after I got a little closer.

Thanks for the way you have been sharing your photos. As one living in the concrete jungle, I really grew to have a better idea about how and where the animals being shot are living. Keep up with the good work so that many out there especially thosein the city would know more about the wildlife in other countries.
