these little stinkers are hard to catch... just about the time you're ready to press the shutter, they dive! and of course, on a bright sunny day like yesterday, the whites usually blow out pretty badly... but they're pretty little fellows, especially if you can capture the iridescence on their heads....

yes quite tough to capture. i too have spent many a frustrate day shooting nothing but water ripples after they dive. hahahaha. you captured the irradescence of their head feathers well.
