All are excellent, but #1 and #3 make me green with envy. Simply wonderful job of photography. Pretty little birds and great captures.

Excellent shots Norm. These RP's are a really beautiful bird. You've captured them wonderfully. My favorites are #4 and #8. Love the pose and composition of #4, not to mention the background. The Chickadee and Woodie are also very good....cheers...Don.

What do you use to convert RAW images, or did you shoot these in jpg?

Always a pleasure to view your work, Norm. Your #3 BIF is inspiring . For a little bird it sure has broad shoulders. Looks like a linebacker about to lower the boom on an unsuspecting QB. (Sorry about the comparison - I'm still suffering from post NFL playoff-it-itis :lol. Best regards, Dan

Thanks kindly to the remainder of you who checked these out and responded, always a pleasure to hear your comments.

Sabine, I shoot in JPG with the Mark III but for awhile now I won't be shooting "anything" with the camera because I sent it in for a checkup on Monday (the free offer by Canon :|). I have a feeling my photography outings will be much less until I either get my Mark II back or the Mark III returns quickly. I took the old first issue digital Rebel out and it was quite a struggle:?
