Hi All,

Saw this guy yesterday. The other gulls were actually trying to stay away from him in flight and when he tried to land.

Picking up such debris while on a photo shoot can help our subjects avoid such life threatening tangles.

At least it is on the leg where the Gull should be able to get it off since they have pretty sharp beaks.

I have see Pelicans that have fishing line and other plastic cords wrapped around their neck and they can never get that off. Also they can never eat anything other than very small fish, which doesn't give them much of a chance to live very long.
