This RSH hunts the ponds out back and sometimes me, the hawk, and the sun all get together.

Coming at me.

Very nice catch. It really shows off why they are called Red-shouldered.

there are really skittish...we tried to take a picture of these and we failed miserably

Kent---nymphetamine......Thanks for looking and the nicecomments. These are fairly common in my area and are "usually" a whole lot less skittish than others such as the Red-tailed.Not always though :lol:
