Wonderful series. I played the waiting game earlier this year with a group of swans, but the only ones that ever took flight did so in the wrong direction.

Thanks all, I was very fortunate to get these shots as I only had about 45 mins down there before needing to get back to work.

The last is interesting as they decided to fly right over my head.... I was glad that they didn't give me a little present on the way past :-)

Great shot Mark, but it appears that work is getting in the way of your photography. If I were you I would quit. Come on. You know you want to.

LOL tell me about it, but unfortunately work pays far better than photography at the moment, but hey you never know in the future.
