I took this tonight down at the lake and I am not sure what it is, I looked at my bird ID site and can't seem to find this. It had at least a four foot wing span maybe five and a white belly and legs. I have photographed bald eagles at this location before and this looks about the same size, I would really appreciate any help from you folks.

I'm certainly no pro at bird identification, Bob, but the dark eye stripe would be consistent with either an osprey or a third year bald eagle, according to the illustrations in my Sibley's guide. I would bet on osprey, but I'm far from sure.

Looks like a Osprey to me.

Yup, Osprey. They feed primarily on fish unless that supply runs out.
