Thank you Peter. You honor me. What is the size of your monitor screen? I will reprocess this pic so that it will fit your screen appropriately.

How about 3200X2400? I usually use this one for wall papers. I am a computer idiot, so you can decide the size for me. My monitor is 17in by diagonal length.
I don't think I can make a 3200x2400 sized image. I don't even think the original file is that large actually and this pic is a crop too. For a 17 inch screen, I think that a 1024 X 768 resolution sized pic should look nice. I'll work on it when I get home tonight.

Thanks Penolta. I'll have to keep an eye out for them. Sometimes I find it hard to ID a tern flying around in the wild, until I get home and examine them on my computer.

I know what you mean. That happened tome once with these birds when I was shooting Elegant Terns zipping over the boardwalk at Bolsa, and discovered when I got the slides back that one was a nearly full frame Royal at a time when they were just beginning to nest at Bolsa. Elegant, Royal, and Gull-billed Terns are "Thalasseus" terns and are generally similar in size, shape, and flight characteristics and so can be hard to distinguish at a distance or in a viewfinder, unless one is very familiar with them all.Several Gull-bills were seen in the back areas and a couple of those were seen at the boardwalk yesterday, so you may get lucky if you can get back there any time soon.

That is absolutely fine. Thanks.
