Gooood news 1st book Yipeeeeee

One of my camera hunting clients asked me last year if I wanted to partner with her on some wildlife books. I agreed and my job is to get the photos and her job is to do the rest and send me my 1/2 of the money.

She finished the first of three she is doing the end of May. It is about Big Horn Sheep & is 68 pages long. She told me she has started on the Osprey book and also is going thru the photos for our elk book. All the photos in this book were taken with my Pentax K10D & my Canon 1D Mark3.

She called today and asked me how I wanted to get paid since the book is selling. We have sold a few here at our store and the Gallery in Georgetown, Colorado has sold some but she was talking about the ones that are selling on the internet.

This was a feel gooood phone call for me.

Thanks for looking, I just wanted to share my good news with my forum friends. My "I got me a camera" 3rd year birthday is coming up in August so I am looking at this as a 3rd year birthday present.

Way to go Rodger! I'm starting on a series of DVD's I'll be producing of nature for target market with a potential for 5 million sales. I'm going to put out some feelers to see if any of the photographers on this forum might be interested in submitting some of their work. If anyone thinks they might be interested,
You can reach me via email through my profile.
Thanks John
