Seems like I have taken quite a few photos lately but nothing that measures up. These are in low light and slow shutter speeds. The Blue Jay and the second Bunting were with my Sigma 70-200.

Fanatastic shots Sabine! Those Bunting shots look unreal. Hard to believe that bird isn't from the tropics. I've always wanted to see a painted Bunting. Thanks for posting .

Beautiful shots VP! The Bunting looks like it came out of a Crayola colouring book! WOW! What a variety of colours.....cheers.....Don

Like Kent, I've always wanted to see one of those painted buntings. They make our indigo buntings look boring by comparison. Really beautiful shots.

The jay shot is an excellent example of taking a relatively common bird and making the photo memorable simply because it is excellently photographed. I really like the colors.
