While at the Pt. Lobos State Reserve I was talking with a local couple on one of the trails when I spotted a doe and her two fawns not 10 feet from the trail. They were not concerned with us in the least. One of the people I had been talking to said that as long as she had been coming to this location she had never seen deer out at this particular location. Here a few shots of the family.

Oh my goodness, smac, these are amazing intimate photos. I'd absolutely love to see a close crop of the kissing (eating) fawns if you have a good sized file that could be cropped to the faces!
