There were more Brown Pelicans out and about than I have seen before. Here are few that were flying over the harbour area.

dang, those are some ugly birds! you got some great shots of them, however. i especially like that last shot.

Thank you all for taking the time to comment. These Pelicans remind me of Pterodactyls and I also think that they are one ugly (in a prehistoric way) bird. :G

I agree,
Of course, the wood stork and vultures are even uglier in my opinion!:-)
