Tawny Eagle - Found in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia

Harris' Hawk - Found in Southeastern U.S. deserts and South America

Very nice portraits, and a testimony to a good little camera.

Thanks for the comment. The little FZ28 is quite a capable outdoors camera.

Hi RC,
I agree that those are excellent portraits of some very cool raptors.
I am extremely glad you posted those pictures using the FZ28. I have been seriously considering that camera for a travel camera. I am traveling to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico this June and am not looking forward to lugging my D300 around. I started out with a Pano FZ20 and loved that camera. I sold it when I got into DSLR's.

Thanks again and welcome,

Steve

Thanks Steve,

The FZ28 is a good travel camera. Although it doesn't fit in a pocket, it is still very portable. Can't beat a camera weighting around one pound with a 450mm reach.
