Yes, that's the DA*300. I've been using a Bigma quite a bit lately, and though it's pretty good, it can not resolve the detail like the DA*, which is a very nice lens....cheers...Don

getting close enough to get shots like these with a 300 is even more impressive...

They're pretty tame around here. Too many people feeding them at the this Sanctuary-not my usual haunt. They're mostly looking for a free meal...D.

The lighting on the first two is superb. Judging by the shallow DOF on the Fox Sparrow, it must have been really close. Good job on these.
