I was driving to my storage along Puyallup River and spotted these birds setting together, Are they Cranes?
I just happen to have my Nikon P90 with me.
So I parked the car, got as close as I could. Fence stopping me short of the river.
I started wide angle so you can actually see this Nikon P90 superzoom in action!
First photo, you can't even see the birds!!!

Hi, I believe these are Cormorants <sp>. Not unusual to see this many. Nice find though.

I agree on Cormorants. Double-crested to be exact. The lighter colored ones are juveniles. A very vicious feeder.
