Thanks, Tom. Just read they have "a toehold in Alaska as a scarce breeder". Here they bring spring, springelibringinging:-) with their wagging tails in the beginning of April

Thank you for your response. In this Northern European country the birds seldom have strong colours. I have seen, or heard, 231 out of the approximately 300 breeding species.

This is to me a very exciting forum to see the excellent photos of birds from The New World
