I won't ask (why you can't post them). lol

I figured you'd take some BIF shots with the 500mm AF Mirror lens using it, too (or is the AF a bit iffy at f/8 for birding, or is it just not long enough to catch many keepers?).

Actually the AF with the Reflex is quite fast and I'm amazed at how dark the twin f/2.8 AF sensor work on the A900: It can focus to the light of the only TV set in a darkened room where my 1DMrkII would hunt @ f/8 to no end

-> Problem is with a full-frame like the A900 the central sensor is just too small to keep on target especialy on small birds, although I believe it would work fine on bigger targets such as herons... The only issue is it's been raining a lot lately so I'm relegated to editing pictures from last month vacation...
