Indeed they were! The DOF was also just right to set them off, lovely colors.

Absolute masterpices. Also pleasingly decorative elements in the background. It must have been quite windy that morning or the little bird had just ....... it's feathers. Very much life. Beautiful bird and picture. Almost makes me cry

Great series of images. It looks like your enjoying the E-30.

Judging from the EXIF data, you may have picked up a 50-200mm and are using an EC-14 telecon with it.

It's that time of year, here in the Northeast when it's time to put out the feeder and enjoy who comes to visit.

More good ones - you seem to have a knack for these. My yard os too overgrown - seems like I can never get a clear shot at one.
