Default Various woodstars (hummingbirds)

From Mindo, Ecuador....

I believe the last one is the female of the first's species.

From left 1, 2 and 3. I find I cant decide which I like better 2 or 3. But all great shots of a very elusive bird.

They weren't too illusive in Mindo. These guys were the most accomodating. They would sit for quite a while and pose in between raids on the feeder.

Some species just fly away when they are through feeding.
