Default Red-Winged Blackbirds

I took these photos last summer at a local marsh where the RWBB's were hanging about. They don't hold still very long and it's a real challenge to bring out the detail in those dark feathers. The lighting helped. Cheers, Dan

Very nice Dan, I've had a hard time trying to capture the RWBB and have yet to have any turn out anywhere near this nice.

Super job bringing out the details. Very tough on a black feathered bird. Nice shots.

Nice shots of a tough subject. I get these little guys in the trees in my yard, but they're gone the instant I open my door.
