Default Peregrine Falcon

Yea! Finally the sun was out and I was able to get some pictures. Today was the annual Snow Goose Festival and I went on one of the photo outings to... You guessed it, my favorite place to shoot wildlife. We got treated to this Peregrine just resting after a meal in the morning sun. All and all it was a beautiful day and I got some nice shots.
Thanks for looking,

Stevefd

Thanks Mole, I knew you'd appreciate the shot.
Usually I find this Peregrine perching in a large Cottonwood tree just behind me. He has apparently now taken to perching on this photo snag the refuge staff set up this summer. Nice!

Thank you for all the nice comments. Peregrine's are one of my all time favorite raptors. They are amazing birds of prey.
