Default Another Shot of the Eaglet

I took this photo yesterday. It's less noisy than the last one since I remembered to adjust my ISO this time. There were more people at the spot than usual and I couldn't set up the tripod so it's handheld at 300mm (100% crop). I would have waited everyone out but I had my sleeping 11 month old in the car. Any ornithologists or birders here have any guess as to the age of this young one?

Best one you got so far. Sounds like everyone is after a shot.

jj, you're right. Word about the nest is spreading. A few tweaks of the camera settings did pay dividends. Hopefully the next chance I get to shoot the nest I'll be able to use a tripod and make even more adjustments. Thanks for keeping tabs.
