Great Photos Scouse! My wife and I take a few trips down to the lower part of the Valley every year to photograph the Snows. They are also all over the valley up here by Burlington.

You really need to get out to Edison and Samish Island to photograph all of the Eagles that are congregating there! One tree in Downtown Edison had 18 eagles in it.

Cool when you see that isn't it Dick? I might have to take a trip that way soon, maybe this weekend.
We came down Chuckanut last week but bypassed Edison.
The snowgoose pics are from a day out Wednesday. La Conner to Deception Pass.

Just don't stand under them Mugmar..!

I love the backdrop for the birds. I think I recognize some of those geese. They were down here about a week ago. Nice shots.

Go into Edison and a you head out of the town take the first right. You will see Eagles all the way towards the west. Samish Island road is always another good spot and so is the Farm to Market Road. As you turn onto the Farm to Market Road look at the tree in the yard of the first house on the right. There is an Eagles nest in the tree right in the people's yard. Almost all the time you will see 2 Eagles in the tree!

Hi Scouse / Ken

The backdrop to these photos (esp the 1st photo) is truly beautiful!

So many of them together... wow, amazing!

Thanks for sharing these photos. I had a laugh at what Mugmar wrote "the mess left behind"!

All the best

Paul

Thanks for looking you guys.
Late winter here Paul and late summer for you, lucky guy. I had to work my way around to get the church in the shot then wait until the geese came by. Too good to miss..
