Can't dispute that.

Thank you everyone for your keen and continous interest in the species. They're quite common in the Eurasian zone. Often they get confused by smaller Tits but no other Passerines show the "largesse" of the Great Tits

General impression of size and shape make them stand out in field observations

In summertime some of them up here in Scandinavia move a bit north when confronted with warmth, better access to food and generally less hostile environments

Guests from southern areas (i e the European continent) also come for a visit. They're very welcome. Summer brings out all the beautiful colours. Individual differences can be worthy objects of in-depth ornithological studies

Great shots of the great tit, Torgny!

As was written before, it's hard to get a good photo with the many branches around it, but you did quite well.

The blue sky contrasts with the brown branches and the black/white bird.

Thanks for sharing... and the 'information' about the bird (and laughs from other posts).

This whole thread has had me laughing. Some witty people here.

And Torgny, I assure you that none of us were laughing at your photos. Your photos were excellent.
