Default Rock Wren Portraits

We finally had some warm sunny Spring weather this weekend so I went out in search of some birds I had never photographed before. I was specifically looking for some Horned Larks I had seen several days earlier. No luck with the larks but I did find some cute little Rock Wrens hopping about on a rock wall. Taken with a Nikon D7000 with a Nikon 28-300mm lens
Thanks for looking,
Steve

Beautiful shots Steve. The lichen on the rocks adds to the wonderful colour.

Thanks Rocky. That day he was working for free. Good thing too, I was out of bugs.
