Carlo,

Not only are these photos artistic masterpieces; they are also perfect for identification usage. That is something very rare. Bird books with drawings are mostly more instructive than books with photos

Your photos, made with such great shallow depth of field make it very good for identification. That's what I wanted to say. They are artistically top of the line and at the same time an ornithologist's dream.

You should show these photos of yours to a publishing house. Yes, Lappland is a fascinating part of the planet. Have you seen any Bluethroats (Luscinia svecica)
