Beautiful birds. We have them in Manitoba and the one time I was able to get a photo of one, it was a treat.

I very much like the way you have used a shallow DOF in your photos. Really enhances the pictures.

It seems owls are always looking right at the camera. Although I saw a picture once where the bird was looking over the photographer's shoulder; made you wonder what was behind him!
