Timing of the shot is great. Like the composition. But the photo looks very much over-cropped with a loss of detail. I would suggest not cropping it so much and the loss of detail won't be as noticeable.

Thanks for the feed back, everyone


Hey JohnG, Your right, I did crop alot. I'm learning to use a Sigma 150/500 and I wanted to see how far I could go. I have attached a non-cropped copy. Do you think the whole photo is a bit soft?, I was @ 500mm.

If that second photo is un-cropped I would not say you cropped a lot at all - I would say the original photo is soft.
