Rough-Legged Hawk
I finally got to see and take a few photos of a Rough-Legged Hawk yesterday.
 It is in the Light phase. He was pretty cooperative and let us get within 25 feet of him to take photos.  He decided that he wanted to poop on me, but his aim was off.    Dick
