Default Pied Grebe wing flapping

The sequence was taken with my Canon T3i with the Sigma 150-500mm at Lake Merritt today.

Thanks! Lake Merritt is a busy place right in the middle of the city. The wildlife there is used to seeing people around. This Grebe actually got pretty close to the shore (about 35 ft) and stayed there about a good 3 minutes. I just kept shooting before my battery ran out of juice.
