Default More Forster's Tern

I am pretty sure that these are Forster's Terns which have a slender body, swallow tail and orange feet.

Good pictures - good enough to identify similar birds, but the lighting is tricky. #2 & 3 are Forsrter's Terns; 1, 4 & 5 may be Common Terns. Forster's Terns have the outer web of the outer tail feathers white, Common Black; Forster's have mostly white (below) or silvery grey (above) wings, Common can show more black. When and where were these taken?

Your help in identifying these very similar species is very welcome. I saw a whole bunch of them diving down for fish at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline last Thursday evening. Summer time is great for taking pictures even at 6 pm in the evening.
