Default ruby-crowned kinglet

anyone who's ever tried shooting these little birds knows they're kinda like pinballs on steroids... they bounce around so quickly that they're usually gone before the AF locks on. the problem is compounded by the fact that they're not much bigger than my thumb! nevertheless, i managed some shots of this little fella today at a park not far from home... 7D, 100-400L @ 400mm, 1/640 - 1/800 @ f/6.3...
