Default golden hour owl

this long-eared owl seemed to quite enjoy the late afternoon sun... he sat on this long for quite some time, just checkin' out the scenery... 7D, 150-600 @ 600mm, 1/500 @ f/8

The 7D is likely to wear out before the lens. Good time to upgrade to a MKII then! Nice shot!

got that right, WCKSer! with any luck, i'll be able to upgrade even BEFORE my 7D wears out!
