Oh Mugmar that is incredible that you witnessed that let alone got photos. It seems like when I see something interesting I never have my camera. Great photos.

What were you doing sitting along the stream? Or were you in a blind?

Thank you everyone for the kind words.

Robert, That's a cute video. . . That dog couldn't care less about the deer, it just watch to collect some stones.

Lotuslady, This is actually a small man made lake that was used by the L&N Railroad. The water was used to keep the steam engines watered.
I was on the other side of the lake, at about 150 yards away, I used the Tamron 150-600mm lens mounted on the Canon 7D MKII. and then cropped quite a bit. The deer had no idea it was being photographed.

It was a joy to watch this
