Default a few more of the baby coot

yes, baby coot, singular... only saw the one little one today. it would appear some unfortunate fate has befallen the other one between Monday and this afternoon. light was lousy today, but i was still able to get these shots of mother and child...

look at those tiny little wings!

Oh WOW Rocky, those are some amazing photos. I cannot believe you got all those shots with the baby snuggling with its mother. Beautiful photos and so nice, crisp and clear.

Now that's a great capture. It's definitely not something you see everyday. Why does the last picture remind me of the movie Alien?
